Criminal tax proceedings are often complex due to the intertwining of tax law, criminal law and criminal procedure law.

Every criminal proceeding, regardless of the allegation, is an infringement of the fundamental rights of the person concerned. This requires a focussed and committed representation of interests. I also defend the rights of my clients in fundamental criminal law with many years of experience and expertise in criminal law and criminal procedure law as an individual defence lawyer, corporate lawyer and as a witness counsel.

About me

Since starting my career in law, I have focused exclusively on criminal law – from individual defence to complex corporate consulting, from local courts to the European Court of Justice. For more than 17 years, I was a partner in a leading commercial criminal law firm in Berlin. Now I have taken the decision to work independently. My approach combines legal precision with an eye for the individual responsibility that every case entails.
